How do I secure my booking?

Once an agreement has been reached, you secure your booking by paying the required deposit directly to the hotel. Once the advance is transferred, the hotel / venue would send a confirmation letter which states all points of arrangements and terms in detail. GlobalEventVenues works as a bridge between the client and the venue and ensures that the deal is met by the parties till the end of the event/ wedding.

Is a deposit required to secure a venue? And how much do I need to put in?

Yes, deposit is usually required by the hotel / venue. The amount maybe a small percentage of the total amount and may vary as per the venue to confirm your booking. No booking will be deemed confirmed till the booking amount if not transferred to the property. All this can be discussed and agreed upon during the final negotiations with the property.

Who should I attention the deposit to?

Deposits should be made directly to the hotel / venue. All bank details will be given in the final agreement sent by the hotel/ venue.

Can I make online payment?

Yes, you can directly make your payments online through the online payment gateway of the hotel/ venue.

How can I make changes or cancel my booking?

Once a booking is done, there can be cancellations. However, the changes can be made according to the cancellation policies of the venue booked by you.

Is GlobalEventVenues similar to a hotel booking website?

GlobalEventVenues helps people book venues for their events/ weddings. We are not in the business of facilitating housing/room accommodation for sleep-ins and extended stays. We work ONLY on GROUPS and can offer you rates only when you travel in groups, even if it is a 10 rooms booking/ night.

My event / wedding requires many more arrangements like – local transfers, emcee, DJ, models and others freelancers. Can GlobalEventVenues supply these services?

Yes. We have a database of professional freelancers that we work with. Additional charges will apply for these services. Can discuss the same once the venue is booked and we exactly know what all has to be arranged.

Can GlobalEventVenues help with booking air tickets/ etc ?

We are not a travel agent but can link you with our partner airlines or some bigger travel agencies for your group bookings. Once the venue is confirmed, we understand the travel plans and then share the same with our travel partners.

Can GlobalEventVenues help with event planning?

GlobalEventVenues offers bespoke and customized event management and wedding planning services to our clients. We have strong associations with many experienced agencies and can always help you connect with them to help you organize your event/ wedding with utmost perfection.
